ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Assistant Office Manager with Brett Olson - State Farm Agent, you equip our agency to continually achieve its goals. You empower our agency by implementing and supporting office policies and consistently ensuring the execution of advantageous customer experiences. By alongside other team members, you create smooth operations to actualize the opportunities offered to people by insurance products and financial services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Assistant Office Manager with Brett Olson - State Farm Agent, you equip our agency to continually achieve its goals. You empower our agency by implementing and supporting office policies and consistently ensuring the execution of advantageous customer experiences. By alongside other team members, you create smooth operations to actualize the opportunities offered to people by insurance products and financial services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Able to work in a team environment to achieve agency goals
- Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem solving skills a plus
- Desire to join the most dymanic team in our area and make great money being a valued resource

Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

- I have been a State Farm agent since 2004.
- We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
- We have 40 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
